Desk Research: Young people in digital era and youth work

»Desk research« about modern approach to leading groups and managing group dynamics. Document was formed under the leadership of researchers from Universitet Jeglionski(institut for sociology) from Krakowa. They made analysis of many different sources looking for different theories about group dynamics, but didn’t find many that would connect to leadership in new era – digital era. Their findings and the analysis based on them can be found inside of this document. The biggest finding from this phase of the project was, that according to our estimation 80% of sources that talk about group dynamics are based on well known concept: form-norm-storm-preform-transform, and that the need for new approaches to group dynamics is really substantial.
